Specialized and innovative supports to help self- and plan-managed Autistic young people transition from school to work/study.
We can support autistic young people and their families to put together a plan for the next steps after school as they become an adult.
We recommend that this process starts approximately 12-18 months before the young person is ready to leave school.

We provide an innovative system of support to autistic individuals who are ready to transition from education into their next steps of life – whether it be work, further study or other meaningful goals. Our program is also available to young people who have struggled with this process and may have spent a few years out of school, but don’t feel confident to move into work or further study.
Our system of support integrates clinical interventions, education and supports, with our team being made up of Clinical Psychologist, Youth Mentors and an Employment Coach. Young people can stay with our program for up to 24 months. Contact our clinic to organise an intake appointment where you can find out more about what we do and get a quote for your NDIS plan.
